LATTE DA CHEESE VARIETIESWhen we first began making cheese we made a traditional soft goat cheese called chevre and also a feta. Over time we have added additional flavors and varieties of these soft cheeses as well as some soft ripened cheeses. In 2012 we began to make some fabulous hard cheeses in various varieties. We are proud of the fact that we are the only farmstead cheese makers in the State of Texas making hard cheese from goats milk.

We are very proud of the fact that our girls make amazing milk for our cheeses and "they look good while they do it" !
