We first met Karen Denton Smith of Wingwood Farms at the 2012 Nationals in Colorado. Her breeding program has focused on correctness of general appearance as well as will to milk and milk components. Needless to say, we hit it off from the very start.
She generously shared semen with us from Timothy as well as Tactician and we hope that we will make her proud of the progeny her bucks have brought into our herd. We thought Timothy would cross nicely with our Price-O-the-Field Marcus daughter "Jane" and we were right ! Our single straw AI breeding resulted in quads in 2013. We kept this buckling "Dexter" and also a doeling "Lady Diana". We really pleased with the feet and legs on this boy and the front end assembly ! As of fall 2015, he has two legs towards his permanent Champion title.

We have high hopes for Dexter, are please with the what we are seeing from him.
