Poppy was the result of an AI with Astaire before he left the Pacific Northwest and made his way to his southern syndicate owners. Rumor's Wingwood pedigree tied on nicely with Astaire. Rumor isn't the biggest milker on the line but has consistent production and has shown a willingness to milk for 2 years plus. She milked 697 days on her first lactation as a 2 year old! Add to that a beautiful, near perfect mammary with great area of attachment and nearly plum teat placement. We are hoping Astaire adds production to this otherwise lovely nubian type.
